Mechanical processing — no chemicals, no high temperatures
Our process is purely mechanical: tyres are cut and shredded, and the components are separated physically. We use no thermal (pyrolysis, incineration) or chemical treatment, keeping the impact on air, soil and water to a minimum.
Process stages
- Input control — receipt and recording of waste tyres.
- Primary shredding — reduction into coarse pieces.
- Grinding — further size reduction as required.
- Magnetic separation — removal of steel wire.
- Classification — sorting material by fraction size.
What we obtain
- Rubber — coarse fraction (TDF) and granulate for further use.
- Steel wire — secondary raw material for the metal industry.
- Textile fibres — a separated fraction from the tyre structure.
